How Valturex works
A broker sits in every deal, from the first check to the final handover. Valturex never owns the goods and never holds the money.
From application to completed deal
- 1
Apply and get verified
Submit your company details and documents. Valturex confirms them before you see any live opportunity.
- 2
List or post a requirement
Sellers list goods without their name. Buyers post what they need.
- 3
Match
Valturex matches listings and requirements on product, specifications, quantity, price, location and timing.
- 4
Introduction
The buyer asks to be introduced, the seller accepts, the agreements are signed and Valturex releases both names.
- 5
Negotiate in a private Deal Room
Offers, counter-offers, documents and messages stay in one place, with Valturex present.
- 6
Contract, inspection, payment, delivery
The parties sign their contract, arrange inspection where needed, and the buyer pays the seller through their bank. Valturex records each milestone.
What each side sees, and when
| Stage | What becomes visible |
|---|---|
| Visitor | How Valturex works. No live opportunities, prices or members. |
| Verified member | Product, specifications, indicative price, a quantity range, country and general area. |
| Introduction approved | The other company's name and the exact quantity. All contact stays in the Deal Room. |
| Contracting | Warehouse address, contract and inspection documents. |
Inspection
For deals that need it, an independent inspection company checks the goods before shipment. Valturex confirms the report with the inspector, and payment confirmation stays locked until it does.
Money
Valturex does not process or hold transaction funds. The buyer pays the seller directly under their own contract. Payment and delivery obligations remain with the contracting parties.
