You pay only when a deal completes.
Success fee
1% of the final transaction value, with a minimum fee of AED 5,000.
Who pays
By default the seller pays. Buyers pay nothing.
When it is due
When the seller receives payment for the deal. Invoices are payable within 7 days.
Agreed in writing first
The fee is confirmed in a commission acknowledgement before identities are released.
Free to join and list
No membership fees and no listing fees.
Examples
- Deal worth AED 1,000,000: fee AED 10,000.
- Deal worth AED 400,000: the minimum applies, fee AED 5,000.
These are Valturex's current commercial defaults. The binding terms are those in your signed brokerage agreement and commission acknowledgement. VAT is added where applicable.
